Our Holy Father, Pope Francis, reminds us that:
“… as it expands, goodness takes root and develops. If we wish to lead a dignified and fulfilling life, we have to reach out to others and seek their good . . .”
Sharing our gifts with others is an integral part of being a good steward of the gifts God has given to us. Giving to our families, parishes, communities and local Churches, we actually show in a tangible way how we return God’s gifts back to Him with our gratitude.
The Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado
Assumption Parish has partnered with the Catholic Foundation to provide for future needs and ministries. The Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado stewards the gifts to Assumption Fund.
The Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado was established in 1998 as a framework for current and deferred major gifts and endowments to Catholic organizations.
Imagine a gift that gives forever. Your donations of cash, stock, real estate and life insurance entrusted to our parish fund through The Catholic Foundation can grow to provide multiplied support for a ministry that transforms lives, now and for eternity. Thank you for your generous support of our parish through your thoughtful gifts to the Catholic Foundation!
Please visit The Catholic Foundation or contact Ms. Jean Finegan at the The Catholic Foundation Office at 303.867.0613 for more information on how your gifts through the Catholic Foundation benefit Assumption Parish.
Centennial “Flame of Love” Wall Paver Bricks
On May 12, 2012, we celebrated our 100 Year Anniversary at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.
Our “Centennial Celebration” featured a “Flame of Love” wall created with commemorative paver bricks.
We invite you to join us and become a part of the legacy of Assumption Parish by placing an inscribed paver brick in the “Flame of Love,” wall. The “Flame of Love” wall is an ongoing memorial wall, being built to commemorate this special Centennial Anniversary event.
You can continue to be a part of the “Flame of Love” wall commemorating your special personal event such as a birth, baptism, marriage or death. Inscribed paver bricks are also an excellent way for alumni to remember their days at Assumption School, the Secular Order of the Servants of Mary, a special person or friend.
